We use as little as possible. Nothing is set for statistics until you click Accept in the box at the bottom of the page.

We have no advertising cookies, no Facebook pixel and no other trackers.
Visitor statistics with Google Analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how people find us, roughly where in the world visitors are and what kind of device they use. It helps us show Christina's art in a better way.
The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google may process the data in the USA, which is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. We have turned off Google's advertising features (Google signals) and keep detailed statistics for two months. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
When you contact us
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive what you fill in: name, address, country, email, phone and your message. We also save the date, the language you wrote in and your IP address, so that we can stop spam and abuse.
The message is sent by email to the gallery and saved in the website's database, so that we can reply and keep track of questions about artworks, purchases and commissions. Only we at Galleri Knall read it. We don't share it with anyone else and don't use it for marketing mail.
We use the information to answer what you ask about (legitimate interest, and steps before a possible purchase). We keep it as long as we need to reply and follow up, and delete it if you ask us to.
To protect the form from spam we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to limit the number of messages per hour. Messages stopped as spam are logged with time, IP address, name and email.
If you email or call us directly, we use your details in the same way, to reply to you.
Server logs
As on almost every website, our web host keeps ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, time and which page was requested. They are used to keep the site secure and running.
Your rights
You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to have mistakes corrected, to have information deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to get it in a format you can take with you. Write to art@knall.com and we'll help.
If you think we handle your information wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Change your cookie choice
You can change your mind at any time, here or through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you choose Deny, we stop measuring right away and the Google Analytics cookies are removed.
You can also clear cookies and stored site data in your browser settings.
